Shipping

We ship world-wide.

Shipping, packing and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

When you have purchased a smaller lot and choose not to combine orders, Giant Auctions is happy to ship this out internally by Canada Post with Tracking or Regular Mail. Shipping charges will automatically be charged to the posted credit card.

Weekly Hours

Please note: pick up days and times will be posted for each sale and the earliest time to pick up for each sale may vary.

Weekdays: 04:00 pm – 08:00 pm

Saturday: 12:00 pm – 06:00 pm

Sunday: 12:00 pm – 05:00 pm

We wanted to take a moment to express our care and gratitude for all of you, and to let you know that precautions are being taken considering the latest developments in COVID-19 information. Our priority remains to ensure the health and wellness of all patrons and staff.

In order to reduce the risk of spreading the COVID-19 disease, we ask that you reconsider coming to pick up your items if any of the following reflects how you are feeling at the time of picking up:

  • I have had a fever at some point in the past 24 hours
  • I have one or more of the following symptoms: Fever, Cough, Shortness of Breath, Sore Throat, Runny Nose
  • I have has contact with a person who has a confirmed case of COVID-19.
  • I have travelled within the past 14 days.

Should any of the above apply to you, we are happy to make alternative pick up arrangements.

In addition, we are taking the following precautions:

We have increased our frequency of sanitation in high risk areas and our staff are trained to high levels of personal hygiene.

All staff have been instructed to stay home at any sign of illness, symptoms of COVID-19 or recent travel to medium or high-risk areas.

Mandatory social distancing during pick up.

Enacted protocols to sanitize all high contact areas.

To further reduce the risk of transmission, effective immediately, we will no longer accept cash payments.
